Claire is a Tax Director within KPMG’s People Services department with over 17 years of experience, specialising in employment tax, global mobility, and reward structuring. Her expertise spans both domestic and multinational corporations, offering comprehensive tax solutions in an increasingly complex global tax environment. She has extensive experience advising clients across all areas of employment tax including guiding clients through audits and interventions, structuring benefits in kind packages, advising on tax efficient reward programs, conducting due diligence for M&A activities, assisting with rationalisation initiatives. Claire’s specialist team provides peace of mind to KPMG’s corporate clients that their PAYE reporting and controls are compliant with regard to their employees and senior executives.

David is a director in KPMG Law LLP with over twenty years’ experience, in the technology ,communications and financial services sectors at a senior management level and as a consultant.
In the late 1990’s and early 2000’s while working in London David was involved in the drafting of the G8/OECD Cybercrime Treaty. During this time he also worked extensively in Brussels in relation to technology regulation and competition law within the sector. David returned in Ireland in the early 2000’s and has continued to work at a senior level within the media and technology sector Since 2015 David has worked with AI and related technologies including recommender systems (primarily within the entertainment/media sectors). David also has significant experience and knowledge of the EU legal system and institutions and has worked with personnel and processes now a part of the EU’s AI framework.

Alex is a Director within KPMG’s Connected Technology practice and a Data & Analytics professional with over 16 years of experience. His work centres around the solution of business problems through data, even in complex and evolving environments. Alex has a deep understanding of the operational challenges that many organisations face on their journey to get better value from their data assets, improve their ability to make evidence-led decisions and realise their digital ambitions. Whether by leading key BI programmes, developing the right data capabilities, or designing and implementing cutting edge data strategies, Alex has consistently worked to put the right information – timely, contextual, comprehensive - directly into the hand of decision makers.

Emma is the Head of Data Protection and Privacy in KPMG Law LLP and the TMT Sector Lead for EMEA. Before joining KPMG Law, Emma worked with one of the world’s largest consumer electronics companies where she was the lead privacy counsel on data protection compliance projects, cookies, the use of personal data in consumer and business products, management of data security incidents, complex personal data transfer arrangements, AdTech and marketing. As an in-house lead counsel for a multinational organisation, Emma has experience providing strategic and practical advice on all aspects of data protection and privacy law to business leaders and lawyers on a global scale.
