HR Roundtable

To support the thinking, reflection, sharing of ideas and best practices and planning, County Kildare Chamber in partnership with Adare Human Resource Management are facilitating a number of HR Roundtable opportunities for Senior HR Leaders and HR Directors.

County Kildare Chamber will be holding four HR Roundtable events in 2023, our third session of the year takes place Thursday 19th Oct @9.30am in the Killashee Hotel, Naas, with guest speaker Sharon Whitehead Group Chief HR Officer for Smurfit Kappa.

Sharon sits on the Group Executive Team and is responsible for the People & Culture agenda for over 46,000 employees across the globe. Prior to joining Smurfit Kappa Group, she worked at Kerry Group plc. in various roles over a 20 year career there, most recently as the Global Vice President HR.

The season will focus on Staff Retention, Employment Law updates, upcoming HR legislation going through the Oireachtas and will have an open discussion time for matters of interest to the group.
